Intelligent mobile machines of the future
Tomorrow’s tractors and self-propelled machines will be more intelligent, and contain sophisticated vision and guidance systems to independently monitor and react to the surroundings. Requiring increased use of sensors and radars, and faster computers to process the information, this high-tech technology is the subject of a two-day conference at Mannheim, Germany, from February 1-2, 2017.
Called MobilTron 2017, organiser Sensor-Technik Wiedemann says the conference offers the opportunity to listen to experts and discuss new technologies and the effects these will have. One of the presentations will come from Krone, but the conference is aimed more at developers, designers and planners of future mobile machines, than farmers.
